When your Verge shows pairing code, please swipe down from the top screen of your phone to check if you receive a message to let you confirm for Bluetooth connection. The message is shown very briefly and it disappears very soon. But you can find it in the top tray area. After confirmation the device and the watch can be connected immediately.
For iOS:
- Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove all the devices. To do so, tap on the i icon and tap Forget all the devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON.
- Reboot the watch and phone.
- Log out and then re-open Amazfit Watch App and try connecting again.
