If you have an Amazfit account: To check the status of your order, click the Account link in the upper- right corner of any page on our Web site. Then enter your e-mail address and password in the fields provided, and click the Sign In button. You'll then be able to view a list of all of your orders with us.
If you do not have an Amazfit account: If you have placed an order as an Amazfit guest, you will not be able to log in via the Account link; instead, you must click the Order No. status link in your Order Confirmation e-mail in order to access your order information on our Web site.
