- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase - A copy of the original receipt with product name and complete shipping address. *An order number alone will not be considered proof of purchase as we need an actual copy of the order.

If you purchased your Amazfit product through another website, please provide the following information and we will check your eligibility for a return and/or exchange.
