How do I sync the Amazfit tracker to my phone and how long will it take?

For iOS: 

• Place your finger on the arrow toward the top of the home screen.
• Drag finger down and release.
• It will take 15-20 seconds for your device to sync data to your phone.
• Be sure to have your tracker in close range of your mobile device. We recommend having the tracker within an arm's length for data to successfully transfer to the app.

For Android: Your tracker data should automatically sync once you are inside of the app. It will take 15-20 seconds for your tracker data to sync to your phone.
