The QR code is shown once during the initial setup of your Pace when you first turn it on.
If you need to retrieve the QR again, you will need to reset your watch to factory settings by:
- Going to the home screen
- Swipe up and left until you reach More Settings
- Tap on More Settings and swipe up until you reach Factory Reset
- Tap Factory Reset and select option with the check mark in the green circle
The Amazfit Pace will restart and the QR code will reappear on the watch screen.

Does a factory reset delete accumulated fitness data?
If we get stuck... companion app completely not responding and have to completely reinstall it. Does it mean that I lose everything on the watch too?

Great question!
Every time you sync your smartwatch via the Amazfit Watch app, your data gets stored in the cloud. In the event you have to Factory Reset your device, once you reconnect the watch will automatically display data from the very last time you successfully synced.
